ABC Din: Represented this major retail company in arbitration that gave way to the purchase of the retailer Dijon, and the differences that arose between parties in relation to certain representations and guarantees. The amount of the dispute was USD 7.5 million.

Universidad Santo Tomas: represented the university in several criminal cases related to activities carried out in various campuses belonging to the university.

Inversiones Baiona Limitada: Represented said company in the study of potential judicial actions, as well as in the defense of other actions initiated against the client, arising from a corporate conflict due to a sale of major properties in the southwestern part of Santiago, with a matter value of USD 36 million.

Parque Arauco S.A.: participated on the team that advised and represented this financial group, both as plaintiff as well as defendant, in various lawsuits.

United Pipeline (Aegion Corporation): represented this American engineering and construction company, which is a part of the Aegion group, in arbitration initiated by RPI, based on works contracted by the company BHP Billiton. The matter value for this conflict was over USD 4 million.

RTV Arquitectos: represented the architectural company over “Condominio Parque Monasterio Dos” located in the burrow of La Dehesa, Santiago, in litigation with a matter value of over USD 5.1 million.

Succession of the Eugenio Blanco Estate: Represented an heiress of the former President of the Santiago Stock Exchange, in various judicial proceedings. The matter value of the inheritance was several million dollars.
